Payment Option Plan
In efforts to assist our enrolled students in meeting financial obligations, Oklahoma State University offers a semester based payment option plan as an alternative to the traditional lump-sum payment method. This plan provides an opportunity for families and enrolled students to pay University-billed expenses in regular monthly installment payments. The semester payment plan available through your Bursar login is the only payment plan offered. Payment plans are not available to extend repayment of balances beyond the end of the current semester. Authorized user (parents) may set up the payment plan on behalf of the student.
- First payment due at time of plan enrollment.
- Scheduled due dates are fixed on the 15th of each month, regardless of when a payer enrolls in the semester payment plan. These dates cannot be changed.
- $25 enrollment application fee (non-refundable).
- No finance charges as long as installment payments are current.
- No enrollment holds as long as installment payments are current.
- If additional charges are added after to the student account, they will be evenly redistributed over the remaining installments.
- Payments received from external sources will be applied proportionally to reduce the overall plan balance and will not be applied exclusively to the next scheduled installment.
