Financial Responsibility Contract

Enrollment at OSU incurs a financial obligation and responsibility to pay all amounts owed in a timely manner. In order to remain in favorable financial standing with the University, and continue to participate in educational programs, services, and benefits, a student must meet all financial obligations incurred at the University on or before the billing due dates.

Whether you want to view your student account, enroll in a payment plan, make a payment or access your online billing statement, we make handling your finances easy.

Make a payment

Using our payment portal is an easy way to pay your bill. We offer payment plans and also accept various forms of payment and payments are due prior to the 15th of each month.

Authorized User & Alternate Login

With student authorization, you can enroll in semester monthly payment plans, view bursar account activity/ billing statements, access 1098-T forms, and make payments/store payment profiles.

Alternate Login is for non-student/employee account owners and require a pin to access information. Email Bursar to request a pin.

Tax Information

OSU is required annually to furnish a Form 1098-T, Tuition Statement, which reports qualified tuition and related expenses associated with enrollment at OSU. This form is intended to assist with federal income tax return preparations. The amount paid up to the tuition and qualified fees amount is reported in Box 1. The Box 1 amount paid includes not only personal payments, but loans, scholarships, waivers, and third party contract payments. Your scholarships, including those sent from third-parties, and grants administered by the University, are reported in Box 5.
