The electronic billing statement is redesigned to make transactions easier to understand and provide historical information. Online payments are easy, fast, and secure. You may pay with an electronic payment or you can continue to mail in payment for your student bursar account by printing your electronic bill and placing it in the mail.

In order to further protect your privacy, the Bursar Office has instituted additional security features.
One of the enhancements is positive identity confirmation. This additional security feature requires everyone
to use an O-Key Login. You may create a separate Guest Login to grant access to view your bursar information.
If you are not a currently enrolled student and do not have an O-Key Login, you may register to obtain a Guest
Access Login with the Bursar web site which requires a confirmation of registration at the email address specified
in the bursar billing system (SIS). Registration is quick, easy, and only has to be completed once.
Students receive an e-mail notification when the most recent billing statement is available to view online.
The e-mail reads:
Subject: OSU Bursar Billing Statement for XXX 200X
Bursar Billing Statement
--------------------------------------------------
You have an Oklahoma State University Bursar balance due of $XXX.
OR
(You do not have an Oklahoma State University Bursar balance due for XXX 200X. You are receiving this email
notification due to activity on your bursar account during this billing cycle.)
To view your billing statement details online, use your O-Key Login or you must register with the Bursar site.
You may also create a separate Guest Login to grant access to view your bursar information.

Payments are due by the 15th of the month. All past due accounts accrue a penalty at the rate of 1.5%
monthly (19.56 APR).
